Q: What service is right for my business?

Q: How much does it cost to use services through AdSmart?

A: Prices are dependent on multiple factors and the type of services you include in your marketing campaign. We works with every type of budget to fit your advertising needs. We will custom tailor a marketing package that you are able to afford. We strive to be one of the most affordable and cost effective companies for online marketing.

Q: How soon will my ads be uploaded?

A: Search Engine Marketing: Generally, your ads will appear in the Sponsored Results section of the search engine(s) within 10 business days. Although, a lot of our clients are uploaded and their ads are approved within 24 hours. Search engines have control over their databases and have guidelines that must be met prior to listing a site. All placement timing depends on the individual search engine. You will receive email notification from our Customer Service Department once your website is up and live on the search engines. Your Marketing Specialist will also be sure to follow up with a phone call as well for verification. Social Media Marketing: Your ads may take 5-10 business days to be completed and uploaded. The reason is because there are multiple steps involved in creating an effective marketing campaign through social media. After you become a client, you will be assigned a dedicated account strategist that will keep you up to date on your account’s creation.

Q: When can I expect results from my new marketing campaign?

A: The actual timing of our marketing process is often driven by our clients and not by us. So when results start to deliver often varies. Over the years, we have helped thousands of businesses and there are a number of commonalities. Those clients who have achieved the greatest results are those clients who have trusted us to do what we do and have supported our efforts internally and externally. Our expert team of account strategists will continuously review your account to make sure that your marketing campaign is receiving adequate traffic that you need for your growing business.

Q: How do I see how much traffic I’m receiving?

A: Monthly traffic reports are provided to our clients using SEM services on Google, Bing & Yahoo on the first day of each month. You will automatically receive a traffic report by email to your assigned e-mail address within your account. For Local Search Marketing & Social Media Marketing services, you may request one report each billing cycle by emailing [email protected]. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive your traffic report.

Q: Why can’t I see my own ad on Facebook?

Q: How do I pause my account?

A: If you would like to pause your account, please email [email protected] at least 7 days prior to your billing date to avoid further billing. Once your account is paused, you will not incur any billing until you reactivate your account. Depending on your business’ type, you may have your account paused for up to 4-12 months.

Q: How do I cancel my account?

A: If you would like to cancel your account, please email [email protected] at least 7 days prior to your billing date to avoid further billing. Your account will remain active until your full current paid month of service ends. Once cancelled, you will not incur any charges unless your account has a past-due balance.
